Tailored aesthetics are balanced against real-life needs in a process shaped by thoughtful conversation, clear direction, and close coordination with clients and trades from concept through completion. A steady undercurrent of genuine care guides every decision, from first contact to final detail.

The Founder

Cadence & Co. is led by Jennifer McCulloch, an interior designer and project manager with deep respect for each client’s point of view—and a love of the shared journey from “what is” to “what could be.” A New York City mom to preschool twins and stepmom to two away at college, she believes the best spaces hold up beautifully to the pace, mess, and magic of real life.

Prior to launching Cadence & Co., Jennifer spent over five years as part of the design team at Curated Nest, an award-winning luxury interior design firm based in Greenwich. Today, she guides complex decisions with clarity, empathy, and good humor, keeping the process calm and well-supported to deliver finished spaces that feel personal, functional, and deeply considered.
